William holds B.S. and M.A. degrees from Central Michigan and Northern Universities. His degree focus is in all aspects of appraising including capitalization, cost approach, sales comparison, and small business appraisal. State certified in General Appraisal and Property Assessment (Level III), William is also certified through the American Society of Farm Equipment Appraisers.
KELLY W. KARBOWSKI

Kelly holds an Associate's Degree from Delta College. In addition, he's taken multiple additional courses in appraisal ranging from residential appraisal, commercial cost approach, National USPAP, Applied Math for appraising, Manufactured Housing Appraisal, Liability and the New URAR, Appraisal License Law, and FHA/HUD directives.
